Our Buying Process
After you have reviewed our inventory and found an aircraft that fits your interests, we recommend an on-site visit to view the aircraft in person. On the average, we have high quality hand-picked aircraft that are priced at very reasonable market values and therefore – they move very quickly. Additionally, we often have more than one individual interested in the same aircraft and as a result can receive multiple offers for purchase at a time. An aircraft is secured in your name when there is a signed agreement and a $1000 deposit made. Should you miss the purchase of an aircraft for any of these reasons, we will attempt to notify you of the next comparable aircraft that becomes available for purchase.
We will deliver the secured aircraft to any one of several facilities in central Indiana for a mechanic of your choosing to perform a pre-purchase inspection. We can provide you with a list of shops in the area and even provide a few names of on-site A&P mechanics should you not want your aircraft flown. Your deposit will hold your aircraft for five business days to allow you to complete inspections, insurance, financing and other closing matters. Should you need more time, just let us know.
We also have a flight school on the premises along with several roving certified flight instructors to assist you with flight training, insurance checkouts and the like. If you need your aircraft delivered to you, we can assist with that as well. We have a limited number of contract pilots that are available to assist you with delivery.
We invite you to call with any questions or interests you have in our inventory and services that we provide. It is always our pleasure to share in your dream of aviation! After all, it’s our way of life!
