Wow! That was easy! Let me briefly explain. I recently retired from combined military and major airline careers, but wasn’t yet ready to permanently stop flying. I owned a Cessna 310 twin and enjoyed flying it in the GA arena; however, I wanted to reduce my yearly ownership cost by replacing it with a single-engine alternative. I called Pat. He explained their marketing approach — it is straightforward, transparent and essentially hand-offs for the owner — in short, it is easy. But I was skeptical since I had already discussed selling my 310 with two other noteworthy brokers, and their spiel was overly pessimistic with legalistic technobabble. I have owned more than 20 aircraft and helicopters over the last 30 years. I had seen Indy advertisements in the past, and had been impressed by the detail they presented, and the realistic prices they were asking.

I bought an aircraft from Indy in 2023. I found the transaction easy, having the logbooks available online meant I could be in a position to place a refundable deposit the same day as I saw it advertised.

The aircraft was held, subject to inspection. The price reflected the likelihood of engine work being required, which has been the case, this was discussed with Pat prior to decision to purchase as a reason for the price point he had advertised it at. I felt the aircraft was presented in a transparent manner. I would recommend Indy to purchasers.
